The current version will always be available on this page with their date of update.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PART B \u2014 G729 AS the person in CHARGE OF the TREATMENT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B. 1 \u00b7 Scope<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When a client uses the SMS platform.is to send messages, manage contacts, or keep conversations, <strong>the customer is the responsible for the treatment<\/strong> such personal data (phone numbers, names, content of messages, data recipients). <strong>G729, SL acts as a manager of the treatment<\/strong>trying these data only in accordance with the instructions documented in the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B. 2 \u00b7 contractual Framework<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This relationship is governed by the <strong>Agreement in Charge of the Treatment (DPA)<\/strong>, which is an integral part of the General terms and Conditions of Service and it governs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Purpose, duration, nature and purpose of the treatment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Types of personal data and categories of data subjects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instructions documented by the responsible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duty of confidentiality of authorized personnel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security measures (art. 32 RGPD)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regime subencargados and the right of opposition of the client<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assistance in the exercise of rights of the interested<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notification of security breaches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deletion or return of data to the end of the service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Right of audit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B. 3 \u00b7 Obligations of the customer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer is responsible, ensures that you have a legal basis valid for the treatment of the data, its recipients, and, in the case of commercial communications, the consent required by the <strong>art. 21 of the LSSI.<\/strong>.
