Are there any costs or high activation?
No. You just have to pay the monthly payment plan. The SMS messages are billed in post-payment. The plan SMS Starter is a single payment of € 5 without renewal.
How many users can I have?
Unlimited users on all plans at no additional cost for the agent.
Do you Instagram, Facebook, Telegram or Email have extra cost?
Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and Telegram are additional channels of €15/month each when they are not included in the plan. Email is not a cost per message from sms.is. WhatsApp has its own rates of Goal, billed separately.
Does the plan Omnicanal includes all of the channels?
Includes the main channels: SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Telegram, Instagram and Facebook Messenger. RCS is maintained as an additional channel for its operating cost, and specific consumption.
Do I need to bring my own line of WhatsApp?
The plans Conversational and Omnicanal include the connector, but not the line managed. You can use your own number or add the line WhatsApp managed by 49 €/month.
How long does the activation?
Between 24 and 48 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time. We manage the change without data loss.
