Everything You Need to Know
Are there any sign-up or activation fees?
No. You only pay the monthly plan fee. SMS messages are billed on a postpaid basis. The SMS Starter plan is a one-time payment of 5 € with no renewal.
How many users can I have?
Unlimited users on all plans, with no additional cost per agent.
Do Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, or email incur any additional costs?
Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and Telegram are additional channels costing €15 per month each when not included in your plan. Email is free per message when sent from sms.es. WhatsApp has its own Meta rates, which are billed separately.
Does the omnichannel plan include all channels?
It includes the main channels: SMS, WhatsApp, email, Telegram, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger. RCS remains an additional channel due to its operating costs and specific data usage.
Do I need to bring my own WhatsApp number?
The Conversational and Omnichannel plans include the connector, but not the managed line. You can use your own number or add the managed WhatsApp line for €49/month.
How long does activation take?
Between 24 and 48 business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time. We'll handle the change without any data loss.
